All our book titles are now in simple PDF format, designed for Adobe Reader 7. Your purchase licenses you to use the book on any computer owned by or assigned to you. It does NOT license you to supply a copy to any other person or to place the book on any form of network. An ebook may not be 'lent', but it may of course be read on your computer by your friends.
Please note: Making a copy of an ebook for anyone other than the purchaser is an actionable breach of copyright.
Twenty titles are now available in print, and more are in preparation.
Ebook Features
- Once purchased, the book is yours, permanently.
- You may print a copy for your own use, but copying and pasting is disabled.
- Our books are navigable using bookmarks, a search tool, and in most cases internal and external hyperlinks.
Our Books
We publish primarily in PDF (designed for Adobe Reader 7) and occasionally in PDC format (a PDC is an encrypted form of PDF, which requires special viewing software, which is provided free).
Some of our titles are available in reflowable format from Mobipocket.com, for use on hand-held devices. Most titles will soon be available in Amazon Kindle format. Some titles are available in paperback from Troubador.co.uk or Lulu.com. The product page for each book states which formats are available.
Your First Purchase
The purchase information that follows applies solely to Ebooks purchased directly from this site, not to books purchased through Mobipocket or accessed through the Google Book Partner Programme.

Replacement and Upgrades.
Your licence permits you enjoy trouble free reading of your ebooks or ebooks, and of any subsequent edition of the same book or books. If there is a problem with your book we will investigate and replace it.
Printing
You may print from a PDF book at any time. With a PDC book your licence permits you to print part or all of the book on one occasion. Please note two points, however:
- If your printer dialogue has a check-box for
fit to page
, please check that box (our books are designed primarily for onscreen use and the page is wider than usual for A4 paper). This applies to both PDF and PDC formats. - If you want a printed copy of the whole PDC book you must print the whole book in one operation. Printing a trial page will disable further printing.
Privacy Policy
We do not give any customer information to any other sources, so you can be sure that your details are always secure. We must have your address so as to determine whether we have to pay tax on your purchase, and we need your email address to deliver your licence.
